I’m Autumn Baldwin, an Oregon real estate broker with over twenty years of experience helping people navigate meaningful moments of change with clarity and steadiness.

Clients often describe my approach as calm, thoughtful, and easy to work with—especially during moments that carry both emotional and financial weight. I believe real estate works best when there is trust, clear communication, and space to make informed decisions without pressure.

I work closely with a trusted network of professionals, including co-op agents, lenders, inspectors, contractors, builders, and title and escrow teams, to ensure each step of the process is handled with care and attention while striving for transactional excellence. My role is to guide, explain, and advocate—so you feel informed and supported from start to finish.

I also bring a personal strength to my work: an ability to listen deeply, read situations clearly, and sense when timing, pacing, or reassurance matters most. I consider this a gift—one I use intentionally to help clients feel understood, steady, and confident in their decisions.

Outside of real estate, I’m drawn to experiences that balance creativity, movement, and perspective. I enjoy discovering eclectic coffee cafés and dining spots, stand-up paddling with my French bulldog, Toro, and spending time acrylic painting. I also love adventure—from waterfall hikes to skydiving—and I’m always inspired by travel, tropical sunsets, and places that invite reflection and embrace community.
